The Examined Life is a podcast project which enriches the way we think and live through exploring questions asked by today’s most influential thinkers. In these interviews you will find life’s big themes being explored – purpose, meaning, relationships, character, education, technology, God, work, and of course death. Each contributor has been asked to distil their concerns, passions or preoccupations into a single question that we should be asking ourselves, which is then explored through an interview. Think of these conversations as a thought guide on how to live more deliberately.

Kenneth Primrose grew up in Scotland and is now based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, where he lives with his young family. Alongside podcasting for the Examined Life and writing articles and essays, he maintains a Substack called This Examined Life which explores these questions and how to live more deliberately in light of them.
